At Phonecases3D, we want you to be completely satisfied with your 3D-printed protection; if your case isn't a perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your 3D-printed case in its original box, ensuring all protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned case for integrity, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
